2001 CRG Road Rebel shifter chassis with YZ125 6-speed engine, all in great condition.
Chassis: Front & rear vented and drilled disc brakes with CRG 2000up-VEN05 calipers, adjustable F/R brake bias, F & R adjustable chassis torsion bars, adjustable front caster/camber, adjustable F & R ride height, steel PSR engine mount, 2-race old drive chain. Tillett size M/L fully padded seat. AIM Mychron 2 data acquisition gauge with water temp, RPM, speed, progressive shift lights, addition temp port for CHT or EGT, lap timing, etc.
The following were replaced/rebuilt 6 races ago during a complete rebuild:
Front brake disks, master cylinders and calipers rebuilt with new seals, new 40mm medium stiffness rear axle, rear bearings, new front spindle kingpins and bearings, 2-race old floating rear brake disc, all new fuel lines & filter, new steering tie rod ends, hardware, etc.
Yamaha YZ125 engine (1998) 6-speed with stock CDI & coil, brand new piston, ring & gaskets this winter. Cylinder has steel sleeve and is 0.50mm (.020”) bored over the stock 54mm. Easy to maintain and runs great.
Spares include a full second set of 4 wheels, 4 new tires and a few used, radiator, piston, steering rods, Vortex programmable CDI (never tried this so I don’t k now if it works), complete YZ engine manual.
Never crashed or bent, great neutral-handling kart. Race ready with all required safety tie-wiring and always kept very clean by mature owner. Bottom is very clean and never touched a curb or ground on the pavement. Stand in pictures not included – need for my daughter’s kart this year. If sold locally, I’d be glad to offer assistance at the track and throw in a few gallons of fuel. Asking $2800. More pictures available upon request.
